Tesha Miller held in The Bahamas
After eluding local police for nearly seven months, Tesha Miller has been found in The Bahamas.
Police have been searching for Miller, who has been labelled by the police as the leader of the Clansman gang, since last August.
The Police High Command had called on Miller to make himself available to them to answer questions about a flare-up in murders in Spanish Town, St Catherine.
The police's Corporate Communications Unit said Miller was designated a person of interest, following intensive investigations and intelligence-led operations by senior detectives from the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC), and the Major Investigation Division (MID).
However, Miller refused and cops have been unable to find him. Well, that was until last week when he was found in the Bahamas. Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Clifford Chambers who heads C-TOC, said arrangements are now being made for Miller to be sent back from The Bahamas.
Miller was deported from the United States last March after spending two years behind bars on a charge of illegal entry.
