Bounty, Cham to excite Big Vibes
The stars are lined up for a show-stopping performance at the What's Good edition of Big Vibes tonight at the Red Stripe Oval in Kingston.
Located right in the centre of Spanish Town Road, Big Vibes has its dedicated weekly following from neighbouring communities, but this week, guest performances by Bounty Killer and Cham will up the ante.
Patrons and Bounty Killer fans can expect originality from the hitmaker, who has guaranteed fans that the event will be "straight shellingz no tellingz". With admission set at only $500, What's Good Big Vibes is likely to be one of the most affordable stage shows of the season.
Cham, who has been posting about the event on Instagram, is ready to take the stage with a positive message. "Everything is okay, despite the obstacles in our way ..." is one of the lines from his latest single Give Thanks For Life. Coming off the hype of his Lawless album release, which featured the
single I Am Hot, Cham will be performing more of his new material along with some select hits from his repertoire.
"This is a show for the people," said Nasha Douglas, senior brand manager for Red Stripe. "We want to get the surrounding community involved and show them a good time."
In addition to a phenomenal show, Red Stripe will be getting into the Christmas spirit by donating proceeds from the night to the Tracy-Ann Thewell Lupus Fund. "Tracy is a former employee who was recently diagnosed with lupus," said Douglas. "This is a good opportunity for us to band together and do some good, raising money to aid in her treatment."
The event begins at 8 p.m. sharp.
