Chris Martin drops Valentine's song

Recording artiste Chris Martin has released a Valentine's Day-inspired single titled 'Beauty to My Life'.

The singer, who rose to fame after winning Digicel Rising Stars, has accrued many accolades with his distinctive voice and memorable lyrics, climbing the charts with songs like Big Deal, Mama and Chillspot, among others.

According to record label KirkleDove Records, who produced the single, Beauty to My Life, is intended to be a Valentine's Day favourite and will be available for purchase on iTunes.

KirkleDove is a production company owned by drummer, songwriter, producer and recording artiste Kirk 'Kirkledove' Bennett.

The label, which is known for the 2004 hit rhythm, 'Dutch Pot' which featured Tek weh Yuhself by Mr Vegas, among others, has also worked Lady Saw, Patexx, Koshens, QQ and Busy Signal, among other popular acts.

The label describes Beauty to My Life as an up tempo, catchy crossover record with an instrumental that is reminiscent of Latin music. Chris Martin is also promoting a new EP titled Stepping Razor.
