Shenseea celebrates Romeich record deal
Record producer/designer Romeich Major has signed his first female recording artiste, Shenseea, to Romeich Entertainment.
Aside from his previous work with dancehall artiste Versatile, Romeich has been relatively quiet in the music business, paying attention to the production of his successful event Water World and his fashion company Romeich Wear. However, the producer recently told THE STAR that he is prepared to re-immerse himself into production since Shenseea has the full package.
"Shenseea is bringing the full package to the entertainment industry, so with her talent and work ethic and my promotional prowess, we are definitely a winning team," he said.
The producer has already released one single for the young artiste, titled Giggle, as well as an accompanying music video. The sexually explicit song has already been viewed more than 10,000 times and shows the young singjay performing acrobatic dancehall moves of her own with the assistance of the Romeich promotion girls.
Shenseea is happy at being signed to the record label. She also said fans of Jamaican music can expect a variety from her. "This union has been more than I could ever have hoped for, and I'm just putting in as much work as possible and taking things one day at a time. I fit in everywhere, can perform for anyone; there are no rules in music, I write what I want, don't stick to one topic ... . I'm unpredictable, so be on the lookout for Shenseea," she said.
Along with Shenseea, Romeich Entertainment is also home to a number of top players in different fields of the entertainment industry. Romeich Entertainment currently works with dancer and recording artiste Ding Dong, popular DJ/MC Bishop Escobar, self-proclaimed stage show queen Spice, and charismatic singjay Razor B.
