Following elimination from talent show ...
Reggae artiste Beres Brown has released his debut album titled 'Time Is Now'.
The album was produced by In-Ex Records, and according to publicist Luxsuko Campbell, the album is a potential Grammy contender in 2017.
Time Is Now features 15 reggae tracks and is available for purchase via online platforms such as Amazon, Spotify, Google Play and iTunes.
The UK-based In-Ex Records promises that it will take the singer to another level with quality production and international marketing.
"Beres has been doing music for over a decade now, and Jamaica has somewhat recognised his raw talent based on his performance on Rising Stars a while back. It is only fitting for the album to be called Time Is Now because it is indeed time for him to take his place among reggae greats because he has a unique voice, which is deserving of a place in the history books.
"We are looking to push this album to the highest level, and hopefully in 2017 we can be on the coveted Grammy nomination list," Luxsuko said.
The singer is best known for his fallout with the producers of Digicel Rising Stars in 2010, which saw him controversially being eliminated from the show after developing a strong reputation as a fan favourite.
