Dancehall artiste Navino will be working with Real Live Records on a series of projects during the course of 2017.

The artiste, who was signed to JA Productions following his split from Aidonia's J.O.P. believes this collaboration will take his career on a positive turn.

Real Live Records is operated by record producer Gregg who is currently based in Florida.

He told THE STAR Navino has a far way to go in the music industry.

"He has a unique style with the ability to create a variety of melodies. This ability gives him skills to make each of his songs sound different whether dancehall or reggae," Gregg said.

Navino, who has been relatively silent commercially since his hit Chilling Time, which was released on the Overproof Rhythm, also chimed in to reveal that he still creates good music.

"I make music from day to day living, life experiences and sometimes just the rhythm. Right now I am focused on making hits, creating more singles and just heavy promotion for 2017," he said.

Navino recently released songs like Something Like Suh, Your Love and Think Again. A music video for Something Like Suh will be released at the end of January.

Real Live Records will also release a new compilation called the Hataclaps rhythm. The compilation will also feature Gregg, Raine Seville, Cregis, Navino and others.

"I have been receiving a good feedback so far because of steady rotation in Jamaica, other Caribbean countries and Europe," Navino said.
