Tasha T unleashes 'fire' in new video
Conscious recording artiste Tasha T aims to build an illustrious career in music by adding an amazing new page to her narrative with her song Fire In Me.
Produced by Forever Music, Shayne Green and Lord James, the single has been lauded by reggae loyalists across the world.
In a bid to further ramp up the buzz, Tasha T released a music video for the song in June. The video was directed by Bloozick Filmworks alongside Spades MultiMedia, and was shot in Port Royal, Jamaica, and Toronto, Canada.
The stimulating visual is a lucid depiction of strength and character with a strong imagery of fire.
"The inspiration for this song arose from seeing that we are all living in fear of how the system is structured. No matter how the system is designed, we need to realise that we all have that fire within us to push forward in a positive way and don't let anyone quench that fire. We need to know who we are and where we are coming from because we are all born to be free, and this is what the video depicts."
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, the reggae singer said that there have been challenges along the way, but she keeps grounded by promoting positive music with an everlasting message of peace and community that fuels the fire within her, so that she can be a light for many.
In addition to Fire In Me, Tasha T will also release music videos for songs like Spread Some Love and Beautiful World. She will also be trekking across Africa and England later this year to ignite the fire in her growing fan base.
