The girls' favourite singer, Christopher Martin, gospel artiste Kevin Downswell and Grammy-nominated Devin Di Dakta lead the entertainment line-up for Regional 1 of PAN 2017 that will be held at Independence Park, Black River, St Elizabeth, on Saturday.

Celebrated as a fun-filled family event, patrons will not only feast on juicy and specially priced CB pan chicken throughout the day, but will also enjoy a wide variety of activities and a larger-than-before Kiddies' Village, featuring interactive games and rides, courtesy of Monster Milk.

"While PAN is about the men and women behind the pans, entertainment is also an important part of all our events. Since 2013, we added more variety to our line-up to ensure there was really something for everyone," said Kemoi Burke, CB Foods' events and promotions coordinator.

Returning sponsor Red Stripe promises to cool down temperatures with their offerings.

"Nothing pairs better with pan chicken than an ice-cold Red Stripe. Beyond that, we are proud to be part of PAN 2017 because it celebrates the many pan men and women across Jamaica and this much-loved aspect of our culture," said Reshima Kelly, Red Stripe's assistant brand manager.

Christopher Martin is expected to excite the women with soothing songs, while Kevin Downswell leaves patrons feeling blessed.

Recent Grammy nominee Devin Di Dakta is quite thrilled to be a part of the event for the second year.

"I'm excited to perform at this event for a second time as it gives me a great family vibe, and that's the kind of audience that really supports my music to the fullest," he said.
