Bramma encourages youth to stay in school
With the recent release of his song 'School', recording artiste Bramma aims to empower the youth by highlighting the importance of staying in school and gaining a good education.
Released on his One A Day EP, the track is aptly listed as Monday, the perfect way to start off the school week.
The song is produced by S-Lock Entertainment and it is available for purchase on all digital platforms.
The accompanying video for the track was released earlier this month. It has since made its way to various television platforms and has racked up quite the views on YouTube.
Directed by Icey Jace Films, the video was shot at Bramma's alma mater, Calabar High School.
The song has inspired the dancehall artiste to build a campaign around the importance of education and, as such, he will be making appearances at various schools in Kingston to perform this track and also to talk to students about staying in school.
"Having a good education is one of the greatest gifts. My family struggled to send me to school, and I appreciate that they put in the effort to ensure that I got a good education.
The dancehall artiste has also been celebrating the success of his EP that was recently launched.
"I am a very progressive individual and no matter what, I just always keep pushing. With this new EP, the love has been real. I am just working to be consistent in putting out wholesome material that everybody can listen to," he said
For the rest of the year, Bramma will continue the promotion of School and the entire EP. He will also be heading to England for a few shows.
