Ding Dong sings for unity on new song
In light of the recent comments made about Ding Dong and his Ravers Clavers crew by other dancers, Ding Dong has released a song to let his fans know that he is all about peace.
The single, Everything A Work, is a collaboration with Mr Vegas.
"I am an entertainer who believes that there is space for everyone to strive in the industry. Most of what is being said and assumed is wrong, Ravers Clavers is a family and we treat everyone like a family when we are out in the street. We try our best to live as one in Ravers Clavers and we push that same energy to everyone, Ravers is all about positivity," said Ding Dong.
A line from the song states "Suh mek wi stop war one another, memba seh the whole a wi a bredda, a time now fi wi look some cheddar."
Promoting a crime-free party environment, Ding Dong hopes this single will send a clear message across the board that he and his crew are not about war in dancehall.
"The song speaks for itself. Ravers Clavers nuh have time fi anything but good vibes, good music, and party shelling," he said.
Ding Dong, who continues to bask in the success of his single, Fling, continues on the path of success with his crew member Kool Ravers receiving the Prime Minister's Youth Award for creating the dance move.
