Sandz makes solid return
Sandz, the ultimate Beach Chill party made its way back to the 'Sunshine City' of Portmore on Sunday at Sugarman's Beach in Hellshire.
The popular event saw a good crowd, but more important, there was no repeat of the traffic nightmare that occurred on January 1 when the event was kept on the Palisadoes main road.
The pile-up caused major delays along the thoroughfare linking Kingston to the Norman Manley International Airport.
The organisers had shuttle buses which transported some patrons to and from an area, while others chose to drive their vehicles close to the venue and park.
Inside, the party atmosphere was electric as patrons danced the afternoon and night away.
With the likes of Bishop Escobar, Chromatic and Coppershot presiding over the turntables, patrons were fed a nice dish of hip hop, afro beat, reggae, dancehall and other genres.
