Diary this weekend - Weekend Pick - Strictly 2K - Best of the 2000s

December 28, 2018
The stunningly beautiful Leesa was the centre of attention at Chin Bonne Vie Pool Party held at the Constant Spring Golf Club, St Andrew, recently.

Fresh from the recent successful staging in Miami, Florida, Strictly 2K Best of the 2000s, heads back to Mas Camp in Kingston with a stellar DJ line-up on Saturday.

Dubbed the Class Party Edition, DJ-turned-producer-turn-event organiser ZJ Chrome says the team is ensuring that the perfect grade of DJs are on the line-up to complement what they are aiming to achieve.

"When you have a themed event such as Strictly 2K, it is very important that we get the DJs right," Chrome said.

The line-up for this staging features ZJ Chrome, ZJ Liquid, ZJ Johnny Kool, Chaddy G and Coppershot Sound.

"The people want non-stop high energy, and they want to feel as though they are back in the early 2000s. We believe that this team of dancehall lecturers are perfect for the class party," Chrome said.

IB Konteh, marketing and communications director for the event, said the organisers focus on ensuring that patrons get the best experience.

"The feedback on social media has been amazing and people are really getting into making uniforms for the event, so we expect to see a lot of great fashion," Konteh said.
