STAR of The Month Ding Dong, who lost a member of his Ravers Clavers dance group Mundo Ravers to kidney disease, says the group is still grieving the dancer's passing.

Ding Dong describes Mundo, who released his most popular dance move, Do The Right Thing, before his passing in 2015, as a jovial person.

"It was one of the hardest period for the group and even to this day, when we speak about him, it is emotional. Mundo was a fighter and one of the strongest persons I have ever met in my life. He was somebody who laughed and joked about everything, even on his dying bed," he said.

A song for the Do The Right Thing dance was released by Elephant Man and also featured the entire Ravers Clavers dance crew. Ding Dong says Mundo was like a family member.

"I wish there was more we could do, but it is just what it is and we worked with what we had at the time. We got support from nuff artiste and Vybz Kartel and Serani gave us some real support. He fought every day of his life and I have never heard him complain. I have only seen him cry one time and that was the week before his passing. When he did the Do The Right Thing dance video, he was still sick, but nobody knew because he was always active," Ding Dong recalled.

The dancer also said Ravers Clavers still keeps Mundo in the midst of their conversations.

"Everybody feel it, everybody bawl," he said in a sombre tone.
