Fish is much too delicious to be so healthy. Anyone who has the luxury of eating it every day would probably do so. Many people have become addicted to the savoury, beautiful and buttery taste of fish. It is very easy to cook with and quick to prepare. Here is a healthy recipe:

 

Red Snapper with Lemon Herb Butter Ingredients

 

1. SeaBest red snapper fillet

2. 1 lemon

3. 1/8 teaspoon paprika

4. salt and pepper to taste

5. 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

6. 1 teaspoon parsley (chopped)

7. 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

8. 11/2 tablespoons butter

 

Directions

 

Preheat oven to 4258F. Rinse fillet and pat dry. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over fish. Slice lemon into thin slices and place on oiled baking sheet. Once oven is hot, place fish on top of lemon slices and put it in the oven. Cook for 12 minutes, or until meat is opaque and flaky. Meanwhile, combine butter, lemon zest and parsley. When fish is done cooking, top with herb butter. Serve whichever side you like!
