A St Catherine woman accused of fraudulently collecting $100,000 from a woman to secure work in the Caribbean for her was remanded when she appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

She is Daphne Nelson from Spanish Town.

When the matter was mentioned, the court was told that Nelson has similar matters in other courts.

She was ordered remanded until January 12, 2016, when the matter will again be mentioned.
