PNP Supporters flock Old Hope Road in support of Julian Robinson

February 09, 2016

People's National Party (PNP) candidate for St Andrew South Eastern, Julian Robinson along with the police are pleading with supporters to clear the streets of Old Hop Road.

This comes as flag-waving supporters  have converged in front of Campion College on Old Hope Road, St Andrew in support of Robinson.

The gathering has created a traffic pile-up along the usually busy thoroughfare, leaving Robinson with no choice but to ask his supporters to remain on sidewalks.

Robinson, who is the junior minister for Science, Technology, Energy and Mining, is expected to soon enter the school to be nominated to contest the February 25 general elections.

He is being challenged by the Jamaica Labour Party's Dr Charlton Collie.
