Policeman allegedly involved in drug trade

March 18, 2016

Detectives attached to the Major Organised Crime and Anti Corruption Agency (MOCA) on Thursday, arrested and charged Constable Chadrick Bowen of the Detention and Courts Division for Attempting to Pervert the  Course of Justice following a ruling from the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Bowen's charge stems from allegations of his involvement in the illicit drug trade operating out of the Norman Manley International Airport.

MOCA continues to send a strong message as the investigation intensifies, that it will continue to robustly tackle corruption, disrupt and dismantle all major organised criminal networks and their facilitators.
