Reid attends International Youth Fellowship
Minister of Education, Youth and Information Senator Ruel Reid is attending the International Youth Fellowship (IYF) World Ministers Forum in Busan, South Korea.
The education minister, along with ministers of youth and city mayors from 30 countries, along with 3,700 students from 80 different countries, will come together to discuss the main topic: 'Aimlessly Drifting Youths: Their Minds and Actions'.
The IYF World Camp, which has been held in over 50 countries, has had a profound impact on the participating youths, instilling in them the proper mindset, discipline, and hope to lead them to a brighter future.
The discussions being held at this forum are expected to provide a deeper insight into the current state of youths in the nations and the steps needed to improve the minds and focus of young people.
The representatives of these countries, recognise the importance of the role of the youths for the future of each nation and the significant steps that are necessary to improve the current state of despair and hopelessness.
