Police and soldiers to vote today

Members of the police force and the military will vote in local government elections today. The lawmen are classified as special-services voting. Some 38,877 special services electors will cast ballots today ahead of Monday's elections.

The special services group is made up of 10,196 police officers, 2,373 soldiers, and 26,308 election day workers.

Polling hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
