Milton Maxwell is overjoyed. Having been reunited with his daughter, Baby Danisha, last night, Maxwell full of praise for Jamaicans who rallied to support he and his wife.

"Thanks to your newspaper, thanks to everybody who helped," Maxwell told THE STAR last night.

Baby Danisha was stolen from the University Hospital of the West Indies yesterday morning while her mother, who is a nurse at the facility, slept.

Maxwell told THE STAR that his wife was inconsolable when she found that her baby was missing. However, he said she is now over the moon.

"She is alright now. She is relaxed now. Since the baby come to her hand, she is OK and relaxed now," the elated father said.

Asked how the baby is doing, Maxwell said Baby Danisha is doing well.

"The baby is quite and OK. The baby is nice and everything good," the father said.

"We are very, very happy. Thanks for supporting," Maxwell said.
