Ganja found in hammock
A Clarendon man was charged with breaching the Dangerous Drugs Act after 5.4lbs of ganja was found concealed in a hammock and two pairs of shoes in his suitcase.
The man, Paul Baldwin, was arrested at the Norman Manley International Airport on Monday.
According to the police, Baldwin, 44, checked in a suitcase on a Caribbean Airline flight destined to Antigua. The luggage was searched and the drug found.
Baldwin was processed and taken into custody. He is scheduled to appear in the Corporate Area Criminal Court today.
