Man charged with house breaking and larceny
Eighteen-year-old Damion Miller was arrested and charged by Police in St. Elizabeth following a break-in at premises in Bellevue district in the parish on Monday, May 11.
Reports from the Junction Police are that about 6:30 p.m., Miller allegedly broke into the home of an elderly woman and stole an undetermined sum of cash and a cellular phone.
The police were summoned and an investigation was launched.
On Thursday, May 14 Miller was arrested by lawmen and charged the following day with house breaking and larceny.
Miller is to appear in the St. Elizabeth Parish Court on Tuesday, May 19.
