64 new COVID cases, two more deaths
Jamaica on Monday recorded two more COVID-19 deaths, increasing the death tally to 198.
The deceased are: a 75-year-old male from St James; and a 73-year-old male from Kingston and St. Andrew.
Meanwhile, there were 64 new cases with ages ranging from 4 to 85 years, increasing the total to 8,851 with 4,155 being active.
Of the new cases, 25 are males and 36 are females.
In the meantime, there were 32 more recoveries, increasing the total to 4,379.
Some 106 persons are in hospital with 15 being moderately ill and three critically ill.
No one is in government quarantine, however, 19,831 are at home.
