Jamaica's junior and senior athletes produced some outstanding performances on last Saturday's final day of the 2017 Penn Relays in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Among the high schools, the outstanding performers were Calabar High who set new records in winning the Championship of America 4x100 and 4x400 metres. They won the 4x100m in 39.00 seconds and the 4x400m in 3:08.59.

In the USA vs the World relays Jamaica shared the spotlight with the United States by posting wins in the women's 4x100m and the men's and women's 4x400m.

Olympic gold medallist Elaine Thompson was the star of the 4x100m win as the women posted 42.25 seconds.
