Jamaican boxer Michael ‘Wasp’ Gardener has been replaced by Donovan ‘Police’ Campbell in tonight's Wray & Nephew Contender fight against Canadian Dave Leblond.

Gardener, 24, was overweight for the contest, which is the first in the quarterfinals of the very popular fight series that takes place at the Chinese Benevolent Association in Kingston.

His replacement, Police, was crowned the 2012 Wray & Nephew Contender champion. He won that championship belt by scoring a unanimous decision against Ramel ‘Sub Zero’ Lewis in the final.
