Suspect sprinters could give rise to horses with strong mid-race pace such as UNRULY BOSS, TAURUS BOY, BIG BIG DADDY, CHARMIN BEAUTY and JOHNCROWJEFF in Saturday's overnight-allowance sprint at five furlongs round.

Speedy WILL THE CONQUEROR, THE GOOD WITCH and SUPER DUPER should leave themselves exposed to the closers, BIG BIG DADDY best fitting the bill after chasing BILLY WHIZZ down the backstretch and into the lane on January 21 at seven furlongs.

Unraced since November, WILL THE CONQUEROR was forced to go as low as $750,000 claiming to beat SIR KEL at five furlongs straight last July. Though beating $1 million claimers in August, WILL THE CONQUEROR's rivals - AZARIA and UNCLE FRANK - belonged nowhere near a five-furlong straight sprint.

WILL THE CONQUEROR subsequently showed prominently in three overnight-allowance sprints but faded in those events, finishing lame on October 22, and fifth behind GOD OF LOVE when last raced in November.

THE GOOD WITCH is woefully inconsistent whereas SUPER DUPER, though a dogged sprinter, should have done better than finishing last behind YELLOWSTONE two Sundays ago.

Among the closers, UNRULY BOSS' recent form doesn't look good on paper, almost next-to-last behind PERFECT BREW and BIG BIG DADDY on December 27, followed by a no-show due to lameness on January 21.

JOHNCROWJEFF's training routine appears dicey whereas TAURUS BOY has been displaying roguish tendencies at the start of his races on the round course. CHARMIN BEAUTY has the ability but lacks experience among overnight-allowance company.

Having cut his teeth in overnight-allowance races against crack middle-distance runners, BIG BIG DADDY can mow down the speedsters should they report short of their best form.
