Daughters-in-law shouldn't be rude

February 15, 2018

Dear Pastor,

I wish to comment on a letter in which a daughter-in-law cursed her mother-in-law. This daughter-in-law does not have any ethics. She has no morals, and she is also a thief. No wife of my son or husband of my daughter will stay in my house and curse me. She would have to leave my house the minute she finished cursing me.

This daughter-in-law should love and honour her mother-in-law for allowing her to stay in her house while she and her husband try to save to buy their own home.

The husband of this young woman asked her to leave his mother's house. Thank God they did not have children together. Run, man! Run for your life. She is no good.

Dear C.D.,

Good daughters-in-law respect their mothers-in-law. Not all mothers-in-law are miserable and nosey. Many love their daughters-in-law, and their daughters-in-law hold them in high esteem. A woman with a filthy mouth should not be living at her mother-in-law's house.
