Wife poisoned my children’s minds against me

November 23, 2022

Dear Pastor,

I am 48 years old and I am having a problem. I was married, but my wife and I are separated and going through a divorce. I have five children; two with my wife and three before we got married.

The children I had before I got married get along very well with me, but the two I have with my wife don't pay me much attention. My wife has poisoned their minds against me.

They are living at my house. This property belongs to my father. He said that anyone of my brothers or sisters who needs help can live here. All my siblings are doing well, so I am the only one who is living here. Although my wife and I are in the process of getting a divorce, she is not making any move to go somewhere else to live. I heard her say that I should give her some money to help her find another place.

This woman kept other men with me. She told one of her sisters that she has fooled around with other men, but I can't prove it, so she is not going to admit it.

I am not saying anything, but as soon as I get the divorce, I am going to leave Jamaica and this house will be locked up. This woman does nothing for me. I come home and I cook my own dinner and I wash my own clothes. My children don't even say 'Good evening' or 'Good morning' to me. They have taken their mother's side. I own nothing in this house so I don't know what my wife expects to get.

I have a visa, so I am planning to leave. Tell me if I am doing something wrong. I want to hear from you as soon as possible.
