A bumpy problem

Dear Pastor,

I am a 15-year-old boy. I was born in Jamaica but I now live in the U.S.A. I have a problem. I see bumps on my penis and I am wondering if this is happening because I am not circumcised. I only had sex when I was much younger, but I can't remember if I had bumps then. Please tell me what to do.

Tell your father what you have observed on your penis and ask him for money to go to the doctor or ask him to take you to the doctor. You do need to be examined by a medical practitioner. If you are not living with your father, you can tell your mother what you have observed. Do not be afraid to do so. She will understand.
