Who next for James Bond role?

Last year 2004, there was news in the international media that movie-star Pierce Brosnan will not return on the silver screen as Ian Flemmings' legendary icon super spy James Bond. If true, how very unfortunate news for many Bond fans around the world.

Reasons why? Which current box-office movie star today can convince the movie-going public that they can play Bond?

It has been mentioned that actor Colin Farrell turned down the offer and two other actors were considered, Hugh Jackman and Jude Low who are currently starring in the re-make movie Alfie. So what, there's nobody else?

Here's one name: Hugh Grant ­ comedy star given one serious drama-role. Who knows? Maybe he's the one.
