Dear Pastor,

I would like to know if this situation is considered a one-night stand. I met a guy last year (November 2004). He called me that night and told me things that I wanted to hear. I fell in love with him that night. The next day I went to his house and we had sex. He took me home but he never called me again. I am the one who is always calling him, yet he says that I am not showing any interest. I am still in love with him.

What should I do?

K. B., London, England

Dear K. B,

Perhaps this guy considers you too easy. No wonder you are questioning whether what happened between both of you was a one-night stand. Indeed, the young man is behaving that way. What ever may be the case, he surely is not showing any interest in you and you would be wise to consider what happened as a big mistake and move on with your life.
