Dear Pastor,
I am 19 and I am with a guy for a year and a half. He is 10 years older than I am. He is really nice and he treats me very well. I have no complains. We became friends for a year before we started this relationship. We both had feelings for each other and we started dating. I am currently in college and after I have finished my degree we plan to get married.
His mother and I have never met but she is pressuring me to give her grandchildren. I hope to have children one day but I want to finish college first, get married and then I'll think about children. Now having children is an issue in our relationship.
Pastor, what should I do in a case like this?

Dear A. S,
Just set this woman straight. Tell her you are not interested in having children now and you won't have any until you are married.
Let your man friend know that your position has not changed and tell him that he ought not to try to pressure you at all to allow him to impregnate you. End of story.
Pastor.
