Deerr gets his chance

PORTMORE UNITED STRIKER Kevin Deerr has been recalled to the national senior football team.

Deerr, a former national Under-23 player, who leads the local Premier League in scoring, will leave the island at 3:30 this afternoon among a squad of 18 Reggae Boyz down to face Guatemala tomorrow evening in Atlanta, Georgia.

Match time is 6:30 and Jamaica are using the game as a warm-up match ahead of the CONCACAF Gold Cup finals, which are set for the United States this summer.
