THE ELLESTON ROAD police have charged two school boys 15 and 16 years-old for the murder of Camperdown High student, Yohan Robb.
Investigations by the police found that the boys who claimed to have witnessed the incident lied and blamed the murder on an unknown man when they were the culprits.
Earlier police reports suggested that on Monday May 9, at about 2:40 pm Robb was standing at a bus stop along Windward Road when he was approached by a man who asked him for money. It was reported that when Robb refused he was stabbed by the man. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The police say this report was given by the teenagers. However investigations found that the story was false and it was the two boys who had stabbed their colleague.
They have since been arrested and charged.
