Blair head tough like Bush

Jackass sey di worl' no level. Jackass sey all Blair people dem a tell 'im sey de war pon Hirack hinvolve inna de bammin pan Landan las' week afore las'.

WE ALL KNEW that Tony Blair is not too bright. After all, he is following George Bush faithfully into a battle they have already lost, killing civilians in revenge for killing civilians.

But after his response to the Chatham House Think Tank's findings on the London bombings week before last Thursday (Hurricane Dennis day for us, actually), Jackass has to conclude that his noggin is as tough as the oversized golf ball that Bush uses to hold up his teeth.

The thinkers concluded that (surprise, surprise, surprise?) Britain's involvement in Iraq had in turn led to the subway and bus bombings, which killed over 50 people. They said that there were four points in the so-called 'War on Terror' - prevention, protection, hunting down terrorists and another one that slip Jackass right now and, in pursuing the war in Iraq Blair had lost focus, with explosive results.

Recruiting

The thinkers also said that the war in Iraq had helped Al-Quaida recruit persons, a global force, if you will, who were willing and able to carry out the bombings to mainly kill and disrupt the countries it saw as aggressors.

In plain language, Britain helping the U.S. to kill over 20,000 civilians in Iraq alone (and these are deaths certified by media reports; the Lancet magazine estimates that up to 100,000 civilian deaths have been caused through the war) has led directly to some men deciding to kill some innocent people in Britain in retaliation.

Blair says this is plain nonsense, that terrorism was around before blah, blah, blah, blah.

He is tooting right that terrorism was around before. Britain terrorised the hell out of India and the white South Africans did likewise to black South Africans.

The world is not level at all. Not only is Blair following Bush down the path of refusing to link cause and effect, both of them are deep into the white people's tradition of naming any response to their murdaration 'terrorism'.

Check it. We the people of the so-called developing world (well, we are, at any rate, because we developed what is known as the developed world) have been terrorised ever since Columbus made the grand discovery of people who were damn surprised to see him. Those great white explorers and lauded conquerors were terrorists to those who they saw living peacefully and decided to use as fodder for their home nations.

But at any point that the people who were being murdered decided to fight back, it was called some terrible crime by the whities. In other words, the light-skinned people were supposed to have the God-given right to kill, enslave and steal the land of anyone they encountered - and the people were supposed to be happy for the opportunity of being civilised.

Well, some people have decided to return even a little of the favour. It may not be right - but neither is the war on Iraq, which is on a much larger scale of death.

Jackass sey di worl' no level. Jackass sey Bush an' Blair is a perfec' pair, dunce alike.
