CHURCH HISTORY: The church got started by Evangelist A. Watson in 1945. It started at the 81 mile post but was relocated to its permanent site at Craigie in 1949. Construction work at its present site got started by Elder Gooden and members. Gooden is a past principal at the Bethel Bible College in Mandeville. It was completed and opened in 1986 by Elder Simms. One of the early pastors of the church was Reverend Sterling Henry who was with the congregation up to the late 1960's.
OUTREACH PROGRAMME:
The church prays for the sick inside and outside of the community, gives support to children by providing books and other important things needed for school. It has cottage meetings every Tuesday evening and members visit the Black River Hospital to have prayer with patients and to give them goodies.
