THE STAR and the promoters of the Fully Loaded event to be held at the James Bond Beach, Oracabessa, St. Mary, on July 30, will be having a Dutty Wine contest to be judged by the man himself, Tony Matterhorn. The winner of the competition will walk away with a cash prize and a trophy.
