What a way har presentation dem did full a variety and spice.

Me use to watch har saturate wid joy as she hugged har lickle queen and king.

Queen Louise no deh ya in di flesh fi mek we heart feel glad. But har recordings and imitations of har works will continue fi mek people laugh and gwaan bad.

Louise Bennett-Coverley was a true Jamaican woman from head to toe.

'Walk good' was di expression of har Jamaicaness dat brought her many a foe.

Dis cultural icon said and did so many things in such a beautiful way.

Miss Lou, pictures of your charm and memories of your wit will remain etched in fi mi mind from May back to May.
