Orville Brooks, otherwise called 'Ninja,' died from injuries he sustained during an altercation with another man on Old Hope Road, St. Andrew, on Friday.

Brooks, from an Old Hope Road address, succumbed to the injuries at about 2:00 a.m. Saturday while in hospital.

Reports from the Constabulary Communications Network (CCN) are that at 8:00 p.m. on Friday Brooks and another man had a dispute. The altercation escalated into a fight during which a knife was used to stab Brooks. He was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital where he died whilst being treated.

The Matilda's Corner Police who are investigating have arrested the accused man.
