The price to pay for the beautiful game
Neither football, nor any sport for that matter, brings me much joy, but I have always been fascinated by the obsession Jamaican men have with their sport of choice. For the World Cup, I was a spectator watching other spectators.
 
Peace by the light of the tree
Last Tuesday, the residents of downtown Kingston had a tree lighting ceremony. According to a story about the lighting, several people turned out to be a part of the ceremony.
