JUST AWESOME COMPETITION
We have chosen the top pictures for January in the Just Awesome competition. The decision was made to award $10,000 each to Sandra Grant in the people/humour category and David Madden for his outstanding entry in the scenery/nature section.
FIX THIS - Finally! Sidewalk fixed after 19 weeks
AS A PART of our mission to be the People Paper, THE STAR has been highlighting problem areas across the island. Our reporter, Carolyn Johnson, along with photographer Norman Grindley, will focus on a particular area until the problem is fixed.
