Dear Pastor,

I have been with a man for two happy years. He is a wonderful person in every way you can imagine. He has a business in Jamaica, so he comes and goes. I can see myself marrying him.

He has never given me any reason to doubt him or not to trust him. He has never hit or disrespected me. I went to Jamaica with him a couple of times.

Pastor, I would like to know if it is wise to stay with a man who goes back and forth. Should I move on with my life?

Dear J. B.,

You claim that this man is just wonderful and that he respects you. It seems to me that although you think well of him, you still have doubts in your mind about him. You believe that it is possible that he could have another woman. You are hinting that the possibility exists that he may become sexually involved with another woman or women because he is always travelling.

Madam, it is evident that you feel insecure. The truth is that you don't trust any man. You came to Jamaica with him and you did not see him with other women, why are you worried? Time will tell if this man is fooling you.
