Dear Pastor,

May the Lord continue to bless you. I have been reading this column since I was in the 6th grade in Jamaica. Now, I'm a senior in high school in the U.S. and I'm writing to you. I hope you can help me like you have helped the others. I'm 18 years old and I left Jamaica last December to further my education because it's easier to get in a college up here than in Jamaica. When I was leaving I had a boyfriend and an ex- boyfriend who wouldn't leave me alone. The problem is that my ex-boyfriend is giving my current boyfriend warning to leave me or else.

Very jealous

I was with my ex-boyfriend for four years and I broke up with him last fall because he was very jealous. I had a lot of male friends and he believed I was having affairs with them because they used to visit me every day. I am still in love with him and it seems that he loves me too, well that's what he said. I love my current boyfriend but they put me in a situation where I have to choose between them.

I don't love my boyfriend as much as I love my ex-boyfriend and I don't want to hurt any of them. I'm coming to Jamaica soon and they already know. I don't know what to do. Please, help me. I need your help more than ever.

Dear K.W.,

You have already made up your mind. Although you describe one of the men as your "ex- boyfriend" you love him more than the other and you prefer to be with him. So why are you talking about not knowing which one to choose?

Evidently, you like the excitement of having two men fighting over you. You are pretending that you have left your former boyfriend but you haven't. You are only saying that you did. You are making the other guy look stupid. So, why not tell the current boyfriend that you prefer to be with the jealous man, so he should move on.

Before I go may I warn you, jealous men do crazy things. They even commit murder. Some search phones and watch their girlfriends like hawk. And they try to have their girlfriends and wives live as if they are in bondage. I hope you will bear these things in mind.
