Bagged and washed

Finally, a man purported to be a rude and disgusting pervert has been prevented from terrorising Jamaica's women. Congrats to the police for finally doing their job. The incident was brought to light months ago by THE STAR about 'the panty thief' in Milk River, Clarendon. This disgusting male species, apparently loves to ejaculate in the underwear of female panties whether they be on the line or in their houses. The man went far enough to break into a house and ejaculate on one female's legs.

How disgusting can you get? Is it that the man couldn't get a woman of his own or is this some creepy fetish? Another possibility is that the man is broke, so he can't afford a prostitute to live his fantasies to. Any which way this is actually a mild case of perversion, for there are so many bigger perverts in Jamaica such as the rapists who take away a woman's self respect and love.

It would be wonderful if the police could capture them as well. Unfortunately not a lot of attention is given to these sex offenders and they should. Sex offenders are ruining the lives of countless women, children and men.

This incident just goes to show how close to home these people can get, as this man stole away under one couple's bed, as reported previously by THE STAR. At least now the community can feel good that the panty thief has finally been caught.
