Portia's empty promises

The Editor, Sir:

Portia's pre-election speech was just promises, promises.

There is no change. There are only more debts for future generations to clear. There has been no word of apology for leading future generations in debt. Millions are owed by our children even before they take their first breath of air.

With no sign of real jobs, education and health care should be free. The situation in the country can be compared to the toll roads, only the rich are getting richer.

I am, etc.,

D. JACKS
