Dear Pastor,
I am an American woman who has met a wonderful and loving Jamaican man who has a five-year-old daughter I just adore as much as her father. I have known him now for a period of nine years. I met him through a Jamaican girlfriend on my second visit to Jamaica. We were always friends but I never knew of his interest although my girlfriend had informed me. I had my eyes on another Jamaican man whom I thought was sincere but it turns out that he was always involved with his two sons' mother and was keeping our relationship on the down low.
So last year in July this man and I became friends as well as lovers. He assured me that he had nothing to hide and that he was very thankful to God for having me. I visited Jamaican three times last year to be with him and his daughter and the three of us had a great time together. I have also met most of his immediate family and they treated me with the best hospitality. I must admit that I realise that I have fallen in love because in May of this year we were married. I have filed for both of them and I am patiently awaiting the arrival of my husband and step daughter.
This will be their first visit to the States. Please keep us in your prayers as I pray God's continued blessings in our new life together. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Dear M.H.,
I'm glad that you have found a good man. I want to wish you well. I hope and pray that both of you and his daughter will live happily together as a family. May the Good Lord be with you.
