Diana Ross shoves 3-y-o fan

bangshowbiz

Diana Ross was questioned by police after allegedly shoving a three-year-old girl who asked for her autograph.

Richard Drew, 24, claims his daughter Rainel hit her head on a door as Ross pushed her way past them.

Drew, from Winlaton, Britain, told officers his daughter "burst into tears".

The 62-year-old singer was returning to her hotel after a concert at Newcastle arena. She is currently touring the U.K. to promote her latest album I Love You.

Northumbria police on Thursday night said no action would be taken because the incident was "a complete accident".

This is not the diva's first brush with the law.

In 2002, Ross was convicted of drink driving after being caught double the legal limit. In 1999, she was accused of assaulting a female security guard at London's Heathrow Airport.
