I have a serious problem. Every time I look at a man, I have an orgasm. I do not need to be penetrated for that to happen. I can have up to 10 orgasms a day. This can be very embarrassing as I have to keep changing my underwear. I don't even need a vibrator to 'come' on myself.

Could you advise me as to what to do about this?

It seems to me what you want in your life is a husband.

A woman can have multiple orgasms during the sex act or by masturbating. But this is happening to you by just looking at a man. I am sure you mean that you do not have to feel sexually aroused. I don't believe that anything is physically wrong with you. I believe that you will have to learn to exercise self-control.

May I suggest that you discuss this problem with your family physician or sex therapist.
