Dear Pastor,
I'm having a weight problem and I really want you to help me with it. I'm about 5'5 and weigh about 180 lb. I feel really insecure about myself. I'm married and I don't even want my husband to see me naked at times. I've tried a lot of weight-loss pills and they didn't work. I even started going to a gym, but didn't stick to it. I've even tried to eat less, but I'm a picky eater who loves my Jamaican food.
The foods that are usually good for me are foods that I don't like. I asked my family doctor and he told me to exercise, but that's easier said than done. Sometimes I wonder why I asked him because he's also on the heavier side as well.
Pastor, you're my only hope right now. Please refer me to someone or something. I'm awaiting your fatherly advice.

Dear S.L.,
Your lifestyle has to change and your eating habits have to change. How could you say that you would like to control your weight, but at the same time you are not willing to follow the advice of your doctor?
May I suggest that you see a herbal doctor and follow his/her advice.
Pastor
