You should try to find out what has happened to this young man during the five missing years. Does he have children? Does he have a woman? What has he done to improve himself? You shouldn't be anxious to marry him. Lots of things could have taken place during the five years. He needs to know much more about you too. If you are satisfied after you have renewed the friendship that he is the man for you, you may consider marrying him, but don't be in a hurry.
